Job Overview
The Business Law & Technology Department at University of Cincinnati, Clermont College is seeking a full-time, Assistant Professor Educator (non-tenure-track) faculty member beginning August 15, 2023, for the fully online Information Technology program. The initial appointment will be for three years followed by renewable appointments of two or three years.

Essential Functions

  • Teach IT courses of all levels. Teach 12 credit hours per term in the fall and spring semesters. The ability to teach across the spectrum of information technology courses including: programming, operating systems, networking, web development, information security, and databases is essential.

Minimum Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,  Information Systems, or a related field. 3 years college level teaching experience, with at least some online teaching experience. Related practical experience in the IT field and a willingness to play a role in IT program oversight, participate on college committees, and in professional development activities.

Additional Qualifications Considered

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems with at least 3 years online teaching experience. 3 years teaching experience at a two-year college. Quality Matters training and 3 years related practical experience in the IT field.
