Job Description

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Processing. This position performs office support tasks in all aspects of Undergraduate Admissions processing. This position is responsible for ensuring applications, transcripts and other credentials are received, filed appropriately, and reviewed in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Duties
  • Analyze and evaluate applications, transcripts and other credentials
  • Report writing, monitoring and tracking
  • Explain admissions policies and procedures by email, phone and in-person
  • Perform data entry in Student Information System
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Occasional overnight travel and work beyond normal 8-5 M-F may be required during peak business periods.
