Job Description
Provides administrative and office support that includes a broad range of duties.
Performs a variety of support tasks necessary to create an efficient, professional and effective office environment
Provides first point of contact for the Athletics Department Business Office.
Performs general clerical office duties
Maintains files and department budgets, orders and maintains appropriate stock of office supplies.
Answers and routes incoming phone calls and provides exceptional customer service.
Makes travel arrangements, prepares itineraries, prepares and maintains expense reports. Provides oversight of travel reimbursements for employees.
Assists in managing calendars and meeting scheduling for staff.
Coordinates candidate searches to include travel, hotel accommodations, itineraries and interviews.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other materials from rough drafts or dictation and minutes. Compose letters involving routine matters, acknowledgments, and other subjects.
Salary
Salary is commensurate with education and experience
Salary Range: $17.43 - $32.21
GGS Grade: 8

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Microsoft office skills for management of data sets, strong attention to detail is imperative, Excellent communication skills and can work with a diverse group of constituents in the athletic department.
