Position Summary

The Department of Oral Biology at the School of Dental Medicine seeks to fill a full time Office Assistant 1 position. In this position you will be responsible for providing a wide range of clerical support to department faculty, staff, and students.

As an Office Assistant 1, your duties include:
  • Routine department office support
  • Maintenance of a number of faculty research accounts and departmental accounts
  • Equipment inventory oversight
  • Department seminar series assistance
  • Travel support

Minimum Qualifications

Transfer Eligibility Requirement: You must have a current permanent appointment with a minimum of 1 year of service in a position of the same title or transferable title.

Reassignment Requirement: You must hold the same title at the University at Buffalo.

Reinstatement Requirement : You must be a former state employee to request reinstatement to the title that was held (or transferable title).
