Job Description

Leads a program or section within the student support system. Provides technical and clerical services to students including: reviewing, analyzing, evaluating and processing data to determine students' academic credit, admissibility, eligibility for degrees, scholarships and/or specialized designations. May provide counseling in student admissions and financial aid counseling and/or career planning and placement services for students.
  • Understands how the team integrates with others to accomplish team objectives
  • Reviews, analyzes, and processes information as directed
  • Provides solutions to problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring based on practice and existing precedents or procedures
  • Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team
  • Explains detailed information/ regularly interacts with both internal and external parties
  • Essential Functions
  • Coordinate the facilitation of individual program goals.
  • Participates in and facilitates person centered planning meetings.
  • Present and teach program pillar classes.
  • Support the work (vocational experiences), track goals, and assess students.
  • Participate in program outreach and recruitment.
  • Support students by providing holistic and pillar specific coaching, to include on and off site job coaching.
  • Facilitate program data collection in pillars.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary

Pay commensurate with education and experience.
Hiring Range: $17.50 Hourly

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in working with individuals with disabilities;
Possesses a broad understanding of the job;
Applies skills and knowledge in a variety of processes, procedures and systems
