Job Description

The Missouri Telehealth Network (MTN) seeks a mission and customer service oriented individual to serve as an ECHO Partner Support Specialist. Join our fun, mission driven and passionate team, as we work to increase access to patient-centered health care via telehealth for rural and underserved Missourians. MTN began in 1994 providing expertise in key telehealth domains including technical, clinical, operational, legal, regulatory, and evaluation. In 2014, MTN launched the Show Me ECHO (Extension for Community Outcomes) telehealth project that creates virtual communities of learning among interdisciplinary expert teams and community providers that increases capacity and quality of care for patients.

This position is part of a team that fulfills MTN’s mission by replicating the ECHO model and promoting participation by cultivating relationships with community members, stakeholders, and outside organizations. The ECHO Partner Support Specialist serves as a primary partner support for Show-Me ECHO (Extension for Community Health Care Outcomes) project by providing client relationship management that directs assistance and information, communicating our partners' needs or questions to appropriate staff, assists partners with decision making, and tracking these communications to continually improve relationships with partners' support process and success. Primary duties include managing communication with our internal and external partners, facilitate issue resolution, ECHO strategic planning, training, and tracking, analyzing, and providing recommendations for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities include:
*Assists in the replication of Show-Me ECHO (Extension for Community Health Care Outcomes) project by providing direct assistance and information, communicating our partners' needs or questions to appropriate staff, and tracking these communications to continually improve partners' support process and success.
*Replicates the ECHO model with our internal ECHO Hub Teams organizing and facilitating strategic planning and follow up huddles to develop curriculum, case forms, ECHO logistics, and replication training to incorporate best-practices ensuring fidelity to ECHO model.
* Work collaboratively with all the Missouri Telehealth Network business and operations staff to ascertain the best way to manage the transition from ECHO strategic planning/training to ECHO launch. Work collaboratively with all MTN teams through ECHO development and promotion.
* Follow up with replication partners to sustain relationships and ensure fidelity to the ECHO model.

We are looking for a highly collaborative individual with general knowledge of healthcare systems, healthcare delivery, and general principles and methodologies of telehealth and/or ECHO. You should be a self-starter with abilities to develop trusting relationships and build strong rapport. It is expected that the ECHO Partner Support Specialist will have the ability to manage and meet multiple competing deadlines and competing objectives. Must be skilled in:
• Making presentations to a wide variety of health care professionals and health care organizations.
• Communicating effectively in a variety of contexts, including, one-on-one, small team, and large group.
• The use of computer software such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and cloud-based application.
Qualified candidate with 2-3 years of healthcare. ECHO, or telehealth experience preferred.

Salary Range: $48,900 - $88,730

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
