Job Description
This position may pay more than the minimum proposed salary listed above, depending on experience and/or qualifications of the selected candidate.
The Visiting Professor will teach the Operations & Supply Chain Management course. The work location for this position is at our Northwest Houston Campus (NWHC) located at 9449 Grant Road, Houston 77070.
Responsibilities:
- Teach EMGM 5340 – Operations and Supply Chain Management both
face to face and online according to the syllabus and in line with
the course description.
- Meet the students face to face on alternate Saturdays 9am - 4pm
at the Northwest Houston Center.
- Upload the course details, respond to students’ inquiries in a
professional and timely manner, upload the students’ grades on
Canvas and respond to the Registrar’s request on students’
attendance and final grades on the Panther Track.
- PhD/DBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management.
- Current teaching or having taught at the graduate level for the
last five (5) years.
- Eight (8) years of in the leadership or managerial role in
operations and supply chain.
