Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President for Student
Success and Special Counsel to the Office of the President
The Executive Assistant IV directly supports the Senior Vice
President for Student Success and Special Counsel to the Office of
the President and assists with day-to-day operations for all
offices and work streams in the Senior Vice President’s portfolio.
The Executive Assistant manages information flow and expedites work
through the appropriate channels; assumes responsibility in all
aspects of the operations under the direction of the Senior Vice
President; manages the office; and does related work as required.
This position requires a flexible schedule including occasional
evening and weekend hours and may require travel.
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college with a
Bachelor’s degree and two years of professional experience
supporting senior level executives in a fast-paced environment is
required. Applicants who do not possess the required education may
substitute indicated experience on a year-for-year basis. Bilingual
in English and Spanish is preferred. Candidate must have strong
interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of personnel and
stakeholders. Excellent customer service skills and written and
oral communication skills are essential.
