Faculty (Tenure or Teaching Track), Doctor of Physical Therapy, Ruskin, FL

The Gannon University's Doctor of Physical Therapy Program located at the Ruskin, Florida campus seeks a core faculty member, with rank to be assigned based on degree and experience. Gannon University faculty work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver instruction, advise students, engage in scholarship, and participate in service. Requirements for a tenure track appointment include an earned advanced post-professional degree (Ph.D., EdD, DHS, DSc) in physical therapy or a related field. Additional required qualifications include greater than three (3) years of teaching experience in a DPT program, greater than five (5) years of clinical experience. Contemporary curriculum expertise in one or more of the following areas: anatomy, pathology, cardiovascular and pulmonary PT, evidence based practice, health systems and policy, and community health is preferred. Other content expertise will be considered. Preferred qualifications also include a record of scholarship and service, and an ABPTS or other relevant advanced certification. Candidates must be able to support and promote the University's inclusive Mission, its Catholic identity, and its liberal arts and professional education traditions.
