The Presidential Search Committee of Cabrini University, a Catholic, liberal arts university dedicated to academic excellence, leadership development, and a commitment to social justice, invites applications, expressions of interest, and nominations of candidates in its search for the next president.

Cabrini University began the strategic planning process in 2019, when faculty and staff were asked to work together with the University Planning Council to assess the future of Cabrini University, and in turn, create a five-year Strategic Plan, Mission 2027: Cabrini’s Strategic Plan. The University has 69 full-time faculty including 32 tenure-stream faculty. Cabrini University is comprised of two Schools, The School of Arts and Sciences and The School of Business, Education, and Professional Studies, and eighteen departments. Cabrini University is fully accredited by the regional Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE).
The next president of Cabrini University will join the institution at a critical time. Among the most important priorities for the next president are to devise, implement, and communicate a strategic vision that capitalizes on Cabrini’s strengths amid the changing educational needs in a competitive marketplace. The next president will lead Cabrini in continuing the mission of the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Additionally, the next president will have the opportunity to build upon resource generation and fundraising efforts to ensure fiscal stability for Cabrini. In all they do, the next president will uphold and strengthen a campus community that welcomes, promotes, and celebrates diversity and inclusion. Cabrini University seeks a president who embraces its distinctive mission and core values, embodies a courageous spirit, demonstrates broad intellectual curiosity, possesses significant administrative experience, and can attract new resources to the University.
