Cross-training to familiarize themselves with another undergraduate program offered in the College of Science is expected. As necessary, the selected candidates may assist another College of Science department with advising on an intermittent basis should the need arise. Involvement in First-Year Experience courses is possible.

The College of Science is committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive community. We encourage applications from persons identifying with historically underrepresented groups, including but not limited to Black, Indigenous, and Hispanic/Latinx, and underrepresented genders. Applications that have a preference for one of the two units/departments should indicate this in their cover letter.
