Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the Lab Coordinator with laboratory preparation and cleanup
of freshman and non-major biology lab courses. Maintain a fruit fly
colony for use in biology labs. Assist in general lab room up keep
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Basic knowledge of Biology lab prep principles. Self-starter. Works
well independently. Good organizational skills. Strong work
Current student majoring in Biology or Environmental Science
preferred. Students majoring in health sciences or related field
will be also allowed. Must be Sophomore standing or higher. Must
have taken and successfully passed (Grades of A or B) Biol 1011
CURE and/or Biol 1021 lab courses prior to start date.
