Job Summary
Working closely with the Senior Associate AD for External Operations and the Marketing & Fan Engagement team, the Assistant/Associate AD for Ticket Sales & Service will provide leadership and 2 strategic direction for the ticket sales and service unit within Athletics. This position will be responsible for generating revenue through outbound ticket sales initiatives and providing elite customer service to our supporters, as well as the coordination of community engagement and outreach activities that promote Panther Athletics. This position will also oversee the ticket operational aspects of facilitating home events with the assistance of a full‐time/part‐time staff and a robust student team. In addition, this position has potential to possibly oversee other external units and to serve as a sport supervisor within the department.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • At least two years of full-time experience in ticket sales, revenue generation, or ticket operations in a college athletics, professional sports, or other related industry


Preferred Qualifications
  • Five years or more of full-time experience in ticket sales, revenue generation, marketing or ticket operations in a college athletics, professional sports, or a related industry
  • Demonstrated ability to generate revenue through ticket sales initiatives including season and group sales
  • Experience providing customer service and support
  • Experience supervising ticket sale or event operations staff
  • Experience utilizing Ticketmaster or a similar ticketing platform
  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing, tickets sales, and fan engagement trends
  • Experience working with marketing, sponsorship and/or fan engagement units
