Job Description:

Data Collection/Preparation and Database Management

Provide database management for a statewide COVID-19 outreach/education/vaccination initiative. Includes meeting with various program stakeholders to ensure all data fields are included, setting up databases with various software systems, cleaning/organizing data and ensuring data quality.

Analysis & Data Visualization

Gather and analyze data to interpret patterns, provide high level of quantitative analysis for program and organizational initiatives with the goal of improving award implementation and targeted outreach. Includes developing charts, graphs, and diagrams from data to prepare for presentations and reports.

Report/Publication Writing

Write up the results of data analysis for reporting to the funder and for any other publication/reporting purposes. Requires a high-level of attention to detail.

Project Consultation and Development

Meet with program stakeholders as needed to ensure that appropriate data are captured for reporting and evaluating program outcomes.

Expected Salary:

$52,500- $70,000, commensurate with education and experience

Minimum Requirements:

Master's degree in an appropriate area; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Must be able to fluently use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and statistical software such as SAS or SPSS (preferred). Experience in R, Python or Tableau a plus.

Excels in a team environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with database design/architecture, database mining.

Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.

Ability to work effectively and independently.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
