Miami Regionals IT Support – Hamilton Campus: Computer and Tech Specialist to provide technical assistance to faculty, staff and students and provide campus network assistance at Miami Universities Regional Campuses (Hamilton, Middletown, and Voice of America Learning Center).

The Computer and Tech Specialist will provide support for computer classroom, faculty, and staff; maintain printing capabilities for faculty, staff and students; repair technology equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, digital signs, and audio-visual equipment in classrooms; install & troubleshoot Windows & Apple operating systems along with applications; operate network server application tools to assist in repair and management of computers and printers; provide hardware and software training to faculty, staff and students; verify and maintain inventory assets, including recycled equipment.

Required: Associate's degree or vocational or technical school degree (post high school) and three years’ experience in technology services field to include experience in a variety of computer operations systems; knowledge of setting up printers on the network; basic network server knowledge and proficient troubleshooting skills. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime and indefinite basis.
