Job Summary

The full-time Clinical Faculty & Clinical Coordinator for the Pathologists’ Assistant and Histotechnology Programs will serve in an administrative capacity and hold teaching responsibilities specific to the Pathologists’ Assistant Program, while serving as the clinical coordinator for the Histotechnology program

Required Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Pathologist Assistant
  • 2 years of experience
  • Graduation from a NAACLS-accredited Pathologists' Assistant educational program
  • Certification as a Pathologists' Assistant from the American Society for Clinical Pathology Board of Certification (ASCP-BOC, U.S.) o Including the continued participation in the required maintenance of certification program
  • Strong leadership skills, communication and interpersonal
  • Knowledge of pedagogical methods, administration, and current NAACLS accreditation and certification procedures
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting
  • Preferred experience in graduate level teaching

  • Lifting demands ≤ 25lbs
