The Department of Management in the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University is seeking applicants for a full-time Lecturer (non-tenure-track) appointment to start in August 2023.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility for this position will be teaching and service. Research or publishing is encouraged but is not a requirement of the position, although active professional engagement in the field is required.
The teaching load is four courses a semester, covering the areas of Management and Organizational Behavior, or three courses if the candidate advises our Management, Business Undecided, and Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration students.
Required Qualifications:
Candidates must have significant industry experience in Management and a Master's degree or MBA from an AACSB-accredited institution. Three or more years of university teaching experience, either full-time or part-time, with a demonstrated commitment to excellence.
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to serve a diverse student body using online technology.
