Job Summary/Basic Function:
Wheaton College (MA) Department of Chemistry invites applicants for a part-time Visiting
Assistant Professor in Chemistry for the Spring 2023 semester. An M.S. in Chemistry or
Biochemistry is required, with a Ph.D., prior teaching or post-doctoral experience preferred.
Teaching responsibilities include the senior seminar in Biochemistry. The lecture section for
first-semester Organic Chemistry would be available should mutual interest exist. The position
requires holding office hours and meeting regularly with the Chemistry Department.
