The University of Maine Farmington is seeking applicants for the position of Director of Enrollment Data, Technology, and Analytics within the Enrollment Division.

The Director of Enrollment Data, Technology, and Analytics will coordinate support for both undergraduate an graduate enrollment as well as provide support for Advancement with regard to implementation and ongoing development of Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and other related and integrated systems.This position will be key to implementing and achieving the organization's strategic goals as they pertain to enrollment, marketing, and development. Effective training skills are crucial as this individual will work collaboratively across the UMF community with a wide range of stakeholders that extends beyond the direct connections to include advising, student affairs, and a variety of essential success partners.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience 5 years of related experience supporting Salesforce of a similar CRM Experience in Higher Education Strong background in Salesforce administration, including areas such as the development of Apex triggers and workflow automation Stong background in administration of Marketing Cloud or similar enterprise marketing automation tool, including CRM integration and data segmentation Strong knowledge of enrollment reporting and data needs Demonstrated ability to work directly with stakeholders to assess their needs and develop solutions related to those needs in the CRM environment Excellent analytical, organizational, and both oral and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to effectively train others on topics of varying complexity Excellent customer service skills

Preferred:

  • Experience deploying Salesforce or a similar CRM in a higher education environment Experience deploying Marketing Cloud or a similar enterprise marketing automation tool in a higher education environment Experience with project management and business analyst methodologies Salesforce Administration Certification Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification
