Master’s degree in a related field of study; or relevant Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education/experience. License/Certification Required
N/A Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Application Administrator is an administrator of multiple application software. Primary work includes a range of technical responsibilities, including the design, development, testing, configuration, management, and subsequent implementation of these softwares. This work requires frequent communication with Business Analysts/Functional Users to coordinate changes, upgrades, and development.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
  • Independently plan, organize, prioritize tasks and manage assignments.
  • Analyze, develop, and prepare AppWorx and Eprint.
  • Cross-training and support of enterprise applications.
  • Solve reported problems with existing reports by researching the situation, consulting with other team members, and applying appropriate solutions.
  • Support incoming data files from outside vendors and facilitate their entry into Banner.
  • Assist with upgrades, patches, and account/access management.
  • Consult with campus users to define project needs and resolve application problems.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as completing time sheets.
  • Attend and participate in training activities and User conferences to improve skills.
  • This position will report to the manager of Enterprise Applications Administration team.
Suggested Salary Range $61,559 up to $68,000 Physical Demands of Position
Work for this office requires a predominance of computer workstation use. Thus, applicants must be able to spend long periods of time at a workstation. Other tasks are performed in an office setting, which requires the ability to perform normal office functions such as, telephone communications, filing, etc. It may, however, include light lifting, etc. to store office supplies or to prepare for training programs or special projects that require delivery of training materials or movement of tables, chairs or other light furniture. This position must be able to navigate campus to meet with clients and lead training programs.
