Assistant Professor of Music and Director of Bands

Qualifications

Earned DMA or Ph.D. preferred. ABD considered. At least three years of effective teaching service required. Teacher licensure preferred. 

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will direct the marching band and wind ensemble, recruit students, teach graduate and undergraduate instrumental music education coursework, and advise undergraduate instrumental music education majors. Other duties may be assigned based on the needs of the Department of Music and the successful candidate’s qualifications.
