Position Title:
HVAC Technician
Pay Range:
$22.22 - $24.26 Hourly
$3,851.00 - $4,205.83 Monthly

Job Description:
The HVAC Technician performs preventative maintenance tasks and repairs heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment. Duties will primarily involve changing air handling unit filters and maintaining equipment, exhaust fans, air compressors, pumps, cooling towers and mechanical rooms. Will assist journeyman level HVAC Technicians with the more technical aspects of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting/repair of HVAC equipment. Will complete required paperwork which involves computer use.
Minimum Qualifications:
Two years of progressively responsible HVAC service and repair experience which included preventative maintenance. Must have basic computer skills in order to enter work orders into a computerized work order system, use email and perform basic spreadsheet and word processor computer work. This position will interact with internal and external customers daily and must have excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- NATE Certification
- EPA Refrigeration Certificate
- Prior relevant state work experience
