Job Summary
Teach art foundations studio courses
Duties and Responsibilities
Teach Drawing, Two-Dimensional Design, Color, Three-Dimensional Design studio courses; All instructors must submit to the college documentation of their courses for assessment and verification of student engagement.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Fine Art with a concentration in Drawing, 2D, 3D, Color, Painting or related field required.
- Ability to use LMS and other technology to enhance instruction, to submit grades and to use email effectively.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, and a collaborative approach to working with students and colleagues.
- Ability to contribute to a dynamic teaching/learning environment requiring adaptability, creativity and teamwork.
- Willingness to teach at multi-campus locations and satellite sites
Competencies
- Teaching experience preferred.
