Job Summary:
The purpose of this position is to provide technical and instructional support to faculty, students and members of the eLearning team. This position is responsible for collaborating with the instructional design team in developing a wide range of instructional resources and course content used to enhance teaching and learning.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience : Associate's degree or Certificate in a related area from a two-year college or professional/technical school or program required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required License and/or Certifications :

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Familiar with online learning tools, such as LMS, Video Editing, Adobe, HTML and Simulation
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems for technical applications
• Ability to create technical and training documents
• Ability to organize projects and manage time efficiently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Ability to present training and other types of demonstrations
• Proficient computer and software skills, including current version of Microsoft Office
• Ability to operate standard office equipment including phone, copier
