Reporting to the Chief Diversity Officer / Dean of Diversity (CDO) in the Office of Compliance and Diversity, the Director of Investigations and Title IX Coordinator (Director) will conduct thorough fact-finding investigations that respond to and address complaints of misconduct. The Director will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the CUNY Policy on Sexual Misconduct, the CUNY Policy on Equal Opportunity and Non-Discrimination, and the ADA and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. The Director will provide leadership, guidance, and support in interpreting policies as well as creating and faciliting training and education initiatives that support the College’s compliance efforts to uphold its good record of compliance.
