Responsibilities:

Grounded in social justice, the Human Services Program is a dynamic undergraduate program that prepares students for careers in social change. This is a full-time (9 month) untenured, but continuing and tracked position (Assistant, Associate, and Full Teaching Professor), with progressively longer contracts (up to 5 years). The primary responsibilities of this position are teaching and service. Teaching responsibilities will consist of core classes in the curricula that align with expertise. Courses could include Social Change and Human Services, Counseling in Human Services, or Social Policy. The person in this role will also teach elective courses that align with individual strengths and curricular needs as well as contributing to and developing co-curricular undergraduate programming and opportunities.

Qualifications:

Candidates should have demonstrated commitment to fostering diverse and inclusive communities. PhD in Social Work, Psychology or related field is required by the appointment start date. Candidates must have three years post-master's level experience in field. The successful candidate will also have a strong interest in pedagogical, curricular, and co-curricular innovation.

Documents to Submit:
