Major/Essential Functions

• Manage & provide coordination of MH data and analytical support for Mental Health Managing Director, MH Regional Director and provides regional MH support to MH leadership team as needed. Executes assigned projects and updates stakeholders.
• Interact with various teams to coordinate project activities assigned by Mental Health Managing Director and regional MH team as needed.
• Responsible for generating the regional MH provider on call schedule.
• Facilitate team planning and operational meetings for MH Managing Director and MH Regional Director as needed. Ensure information is shared across disciplinary teams as needed to achieve cross-communication and information sharing.
• Plan and coordinate project activities for timely completion.
• Acts as HR liaison for MH regional leadership team while maintaining a wide variety of confidential material relating to department staff.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus three years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or related experience to equal seven years.
