Position Purpose

Full-time, 9 month teaching position.

Serves as an integral member of the UCM faculty with a primary role of serving students completing MSE and Educational Specialist degrees in Educational Leadership.

Teaching assignments will include courses applicable to both building level and district level preparation programs.

Be prepared to teach high quality lessons for courses that are provided face to face, hybrid and/or online format.

Network with area principals and superintendents to support recruitment and the improvement of the program.

Meet service requirements to move on the tenure track.

Meet scholarship requirements to move on the tenure track.

Other Education & Formal Training

An earned PhD or EdD in School Administration or Educational Leadership.

Experience

Successful administrative experience required.

Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching required.

Successful administrative experience at both the building and district level preferred.

Attention to detail, Communication skills, including oral, written, and/or nonverbal, Knowledge of a University environment preferred, Human Relations/Interpersonal skills, Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines, Maintain confidentiality
