Lebanon Valley College has an opening for an assistant director of admission/admission counselor, depending on experience. Reporting to the director of admission and recruitment, the counselor is an effective and enthusiastic representative of Lebanon Valley College whose primary responsibility is to work within the recruitment process to meet the College’s enrollment objectives. Responsibilities include regional travel, presenting to large and small groups, conducting one-to-one interviews, program coordination and supervision, and evaluating prospective students on the basis of academic preparedness. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree; 1-2 years of successful experience in the same or a related field, with a preference for those with experience at a private, residential liberal arts college; a valid driver’s license; and the availability for regional travel and evening and weekend work.
