SALARY: $20.00 per hour

UNIT: Unaffiliated (Part-time)
DEPARTMENT: Admissions and Recruitment
REPORTS TO: Director, Admissions and Recruitment
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provides exemplary frontline customer service while assisting prospective students with admissions and enrollment services in multiple functional areas.
2. Assists the Admissions Counselor with the coordination of international applications, documentation and inquires.
3. Enters, verifies, researches student records information in a timely manner utilizing the College's Enterprise Resource Planning system, Recruit Application, Image Now, etc.
4. Addresses prospective student inquiries in-person, via phone, text, zoom or e-mail.
5. Provides assistance to other frontline admissions and enrollment services personnel, as needed
6. Participates in on-campus and off-campus recruiting events, as appropriate.
7. Attends divisional/department and other meetings as directed.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of customer service experience
• Experience working in an educational setting
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Associate's Degree
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment, with demonstrated multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented setting
• Ability to use discretion and judgment
