This position requires teaching 4 classes in spring 2023, including one evening class. Five office hours are required each week.

Position Summary
Slippery Rock University invites applications for a full time, temporary Social Work faculty member in the Department of Social Work beginning January 2023. The successful candidate will teach courses in both the BSSW and MSW programs. Demonstrate scholarship and research activity. Serve on department, college and university committees, and engage in community activities/service as appropriate. Minimum Qualifications
Masters degree in Social Work ( MSW ) from a CSWE accredited program required. Minimum of 2 years social work practice experience post- MSW required. Strong team player with a record of collaborative, collegial relationships, excellent organizational skills, demonstrated commitment to the education of diverse populations, and successful performance in interview and teaching demonstration. Preferred Qualifications
Licensed as LSW or LCSW in Pennsylvania, prior college teaching experience
