We are seeking a Records and Registration Specialist. The Records and Registration Specialist reports to the AAP Registrar Manager in the Office of Enrollment Services & Student Success.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Onboard, train, and supervise new registration staff and student workers.
- Provide information regarding enrollment, registration, and academic program assistance.
- Develop and implement a communication plan and new process to ensure students have clear information regarding registration, change of schedule, audit grading, and Add/Drop and Withdraw policies.
- Interpret, disseminate, and enforce academic policies and procedures.
- Lead and provide support to the Student Enrollment and Account Management (SEAM).
- Create, organize, maintain, and audit student forms and electronic files.
- Work collaboratively across departments to resolve registration issues.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for registration with Faculty and Students.
- Initiate audits to ensure accuracy of student records.
- Manage waitlists to ensure enrollment services is meeting student demand.
- Assist with completing degree clearances and course schedules.
- Comply with all FERPA policies.
- Other Duties as Assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or graduation equivalent.
- Two years office/administrative experience.
- Additional education may substitute for required experience, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity of building an academic schedule.
- Strong information based technological background required (e.g. internet research, experience with SIS student information systems, database management, Report Manager, and the Microsoft Office Suite).

Starting Salary Range: $15.70 - $21.65/hr (Commensurate with
experience)

for the respective job.
