The Lycée Français de New York, an independent, international, bilingual French-English day school serving students from Nursery (3s) to Grade 12 seeks an inaugural Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) to provide strategic leadership focused on the student experience at the Lycée.
The Director of DEIB will lead the design and implementation of a strategic approach towards meaningful, adaptive, and transformative work, increasing academic excellence through diversity, equity, inclusivity, and anti-discrimination of any kind. They will have an all-school impact and be a leadership presence internally and externally.
Annual salary range: $150,000-$180,000.
