Saint Louis University seeks an exceptional leader with a sophisticated understanding of the public health landscape to serve as the dean of the College for Public Health and Social Justice. The dean will steward the college's pursuit of social justice, champion its commitment to improve public health, and inspire the college to make a transformational impact on the national and international stage.

Reporting directly to the provost, the dean is a member of Saint Louis University's senior academic leadership team. As the College for Public Health and Social Justice's chief academic and administrative officer, the dean will catalyze academic and pedagogical excellence, a robust enterprise of scholarship and research, and a tireless commitment to community engagement and service.

The ideal dean candidate will be a creative, collaborative and entrepreneurial leader deeply committed to student success and to advancing institutional diversity, equity and inclusion. The successful candidate must have qualifications commensurate with tenure at the rank of professor at Saint Louis University. An earned doctoral degree is required.
