Position Purpose
Conducts business development research and outreach and manages client relationships to expand the client base and increase sales and program participation, in accordance with Tuck Executive Education strategies and targets and Tuck’s mission, strategy, and institutional priorities.

Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Knowledge of business-to-business sales and marketing gained through a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field of study or a combination of a liberal arts education and relevant work experience.
- 3-5 years of direct experience in national or international sales, marketing, client relationship management and vendor relationship management, with the proven ability to build successful relationships.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, including the ability to effectively interact with a diverse audience.
- Strong technology skills, including CRM database experience, and experience analyzing and synthesizing data using assessment tools and business analytics.
- Well-developed project management and organizational skills and a strong results-oriented, goal-driven focus.
- Able to support, contribute to, and strengthen a vibrant, culturally diverse, and inclusive learning community of students, alumni, faculty, and fellow professionals.
- Able to anticipate, deliver on, and exceed the expectations of faculty, colleagues, program participants, vendors, and corporate clients.
- Able to introduce and drive innovation in ways small and large.
- Able to collaborate with others as primary means to achieve results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the sales and marketing of onsite, virtual, and hybrid adult education or training services in an academic environment preferred
- Familiarity with business school curriculum and instructional design helpful.
- Knowledge of current and emerging issues in online learning helpful.

Description
1. Business Development
- Partners with the executive education team, including the executive director, associate directors for business leadership programs, and the director, client experience, in building new client relationships, especially for open enrollment programs and custom programs; engages in direct outreach with clients and prospective participants to achieve sales and build pipelines; and manages select client engagements.
- Conducts program participant and corporate prospect research and analyses.
- Manages enrollment pipelines using CRM (Pardot and Salesforce) and records, analyzes, and reports on relationship contact activity in Tuck systems.
- Recommends new program development ideas and opportunities for innovation.

2. Online Programs
- Manages day-to-day operations and relationships with external online partners and Dartmouth departments (e.g., DCAL, IT Consulting), working closely with Executive Director.
- Uses reporting tools (e.g., dashboards, program analytics) to analyze and assess online program impact.
- Collaborates with instructional designers, teaching assistants, facilitators, and faculty on online program development
- Partners with Tuck finance to oversee and assess financial performance of online programs.
- Manages contracts associated with new programs and contributes to decisions on partnership agreements.
