Position Purpose
Administers admissions yield and other associated admissions activities according to Tuck’s mission, strategy, and institutional priorities.

This role requires domestic and international travel. 1. Experience and skill successfully administering admissions activities at a higher education institution or organization with similar institutional priorities and performance standards.
2. Knowledge of business school admissions yield gained through a bachelor’s degree, or a combination of relevant education, certifications, and/or work experience.
3. Able to support, contribute to, and strengthen a vibrant, culturally diverse, and inclusive learning community of students, alumni, faculty, and fellow professionals.
4. Able to anticipate, deliver on, and exceed the expectations of prospective students, faculty, alumni, and colleagues.
5. Able to introduce and drive innovation in ways small and large.
6. Able to collaborate with others as primary means to achieve results, and represent Tuck’s program and culture across multiple communication channels.
7. Able to seek out and create learning opportunities, including through those revealed by setbacks and failures as well as successes.

1. Assists in envisioning and implementing yield strategy and comprehensive yield plan for achieving admissions yield priorities; engages with colleagues and constituents to identify and surpass challenges; evaluates progress using data analytics; and updates priorities with direction from the Director of Admissions, Evaluation and Yield.

Administers MBA enrollment and yield (supports strategy for timely outreach to admitted candidates and customized connections with stakeholders) and yield event programming (identifies target markets, promotes opportunities to participants, communicates with and trains student ambassadors, evaluates effectiveness); serves as primary contact for Admitted Students Weekend student leadership team; selects candidates for admission (reads applications, attends Admissions Committee meetings and discussions); recruits candidates (delivers group presentations, meets and interviews candidates, mobilizes student ambassadors and alumni); and manages other activities associated with achieving admissions yield priorities.
