Job Details

Miami Dade College, Kendall Campus is now accepting applications for CIOL Registration Support Analyst. The CIOL (Center for Institutional and Organizational Learning's) Registration Support Analyst manages the Miami Dade College employee training registration system for the CIOL department, including databases and software. This position manages the course catalog, policies and procedures, registration, and training transcripts.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains the CIOL registration system from inception of a course to completion
  • Manages document libraries for record keeping and reporting purposes
  • Oversees workshop proposal document library to maintain all data about workshops (facilitator, location, funding sources, etc.)
  • Manages the course catalog of workshop offerings for the department
  • Processes grade entries in CIOL registration system and manages change of grade requests
  • Manages full-time faculty and adjunct faculty orientations, Human Resources onboarding, and special events rosters and related documents
  • Compiles data for program completer reports (SLS certification, Bachelor’s certification, ACUE, etc.)
  • Assists with generating workshop rosters, confirmation notices, and evaluations for all workshops generated
  • Identifies, develops, and implements new practices and procedures to streamline internal process
  • Manages class cancellations and communication to participants

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a technical or related field and one (1) year of related experience; or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field and five (5) years of related experience
