NCVLI and Lewis & Clark College are committed to achieving a diverse workforce. Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every one of the qualifications listed. We are most interested in finding the best candidate for the job, and that candidate may be someone who may not meet all the specified qualifications. We encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds who meet the basic requirements of the position to apply.
NCVLI operates in partnership with Lewis & Clark Law School. Lewis & Clark follows CDC and state OSHA guidelines for employee safety. As such, we are requiring employees and students to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
