Albright College, a liberal arts college in Reading, PA, is seeking applications for an Assistant Director of Enrollment Management for the School of Professional Studies (SPS). This role will support the recruitment, outreach, and retention strategies for the School of Professional Studies at an exciting time of new program development and enrollment growth. Responsible for managing and analyzing enrollment data, report writing, and retention and recruitment systems. Executes a broad range of on campus and off campus recruitment and outreach activities. The focus of these efforts will be the execution of recruit-back strategies however the Assistant Director of Enrollment Management will also participate in new student recruitment and retention activities.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Provide guidance and support in the absence of the Assistant Dean of Enrollment Management for SPS.
  2. Manage all aspects of recruiting efforts for specified territory in order to meet stated recruitment goals.
  3. Build relationships with and assist prospective students throughout all phases of the enrollment cycle (inquiry through enrollment).
  4. Review prospective students’ application for admissions.
  5. Conduct prospective student interviews.
  6. Serve as liaison for operations related to the Registrar’s office, student billing office, Department for Online Learning, tutoring/writing center and financial aid; serve as the primary student services representative in these areas for the School of Professional Studies.
  7. Responsible for planning and execution of recruit-back efforts and strategies for the School of Professional Studies.
  8. Coordinate enrollment management and related events for the School of Professional Studies.
  9. Support the Assistant Dean, Enrollment Management in the use of the Customer Relations Management system and Aviso Retention software for the School of Professional Studies.
  10. Participate in on campus and off campus recruitment and outreach activities and retention activities.
  11. Maintain established files of student records in orderly and accurate manner and ensure proper information included in the College’s data information system.
  12. Complete a broad range of assignments related to SPS operations and the recruitment, and retention plan.
  13. Other duties as assigned.

    • Excellent proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

    EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE
    • Minimum of five years’ experience in an area related to enrollment management
    • Experience working with adult learners preferred
    • Experience with report writing related to enrollment management
    EDUCATION
    • A bachelor’s degree is required, master’s degree preferred
