The Department of Economics invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level, specializing in macroeconomics.

The Department of Economics, located in the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University, has a long tradition of excellence in research and teaching.  Economics faculty members are leaders in their respective fields.  The Economics department offers both undergraduate and graduate degree programs.

Requirement and Application Instructions

The position requires a Ph.D. in economics or closely related field.  Successful candidates must be able to effectively teach courses in the candidate’s area of study at the PhD level and advise PhD student research.

The position is a full-time, academic –year appointment.
