Candidate Profile

These qualifications, skills and abilities are critical for success in this position.
Throughout the screening process, you will be evaluated based on the demonstration of these qualifications.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating creative and strategic marketing direction for projects and events.
  • Successful experience as a marketing project manager maintaining timelines, budgets and product quality.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current marketing tools, trends, and best practices
  • Ability to create and execute marketing plans in collaboration with leadership and colleagues
  • Experience coordinating and tracking digital advertising campaigns
  • Experience managing and utilizing a CRM (for example, Hubspot) for lead generation and engagement
Minimum Qualifications

To be considered, your application must demonstrate these minimum qualifications. (Experience is calculated based on the start and end dates you provide multiplied by the number of hours per week worked).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • Experience performing the duties of this job may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.
  • Four (4) years of marketing related experience required. Strong background in print media marketing techniques to community based programs.
  • Experience in developing a marketing campaign aimed at a large metropolitan area and/or small communities. Proven experience in project management, graphic design work and needs assessment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing and promoting educational programs (This position supports Community Education, Small Business Development Center, Institute for Health Professionals, Professional Development and Customized Training)
  • Copywriting experience with a focus on the use of inclusive language for the identified audiences
  • Help develop creative concepts and themes for ad campaigns and promotional materials
  • Ability to comfortably express point of view, advocate for their campaigns, and present/report outcomes
  • Has experience working in a large organization with multiple stakeholders
Position Grade 5 Starting Salary Expectations $60,071.00 to $64,347.00 (Step 3); based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Position Grade Salary Range $60071 to $104159 Annual Salary FTE 1 PCC Benefits

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements Work is generally performed in an office environment with interruptions and irregularities in work schedule. Frequent reaching, and sitting may be required. No special coordination beyond that used for normal mobility and handling of everyday objects and material is needed to perform the job. Limited travel between campuses may be required. Occasional work on weekends and after normal business hours may be required. Background Check Required Yes
