Description
The Department of Mathematical Sciences has a full-time contract faculty position as Assistant Lecturer or Assistant Teaching Professor of Mathematical Sciences beginning August 19, 2022.
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in mathematics education or closely related field from an accredited institution by date of appointment, with at least 18 graduate semester hours of coursework in mathematics education or mathematics; current or previous teaching licensure or certification; at least two years of K-12 teaching experience.
Authorization to work in the US
Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
Teaching experience at the college level in undergraduate classes.
Master’s degree in mathematics education or mathematics from an accredited institution by date of appointment.
Doctorate degree in mathematics education with experience or interest teaching online.
Required Certifications/Licensures
Current or previous teaching licensure or certification.
