Mental Health and Outreach Director
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Mental Health and Outreach Director for the Center for Health and Wellbeing (CHWB) is responsible for strategic and visionary leadership of a multidisciplinary team providing both clinical mental health care and a comprehensive health and wellness program to include health promotion and education, outreach, and prevention. This role, reporting to the Vice Provost of Student Affairs, will advance the innovation and integration of student health programming and services and the efficient use of resources, in collaboration with the Medical Director.

SALARY: MIN $118,000 MAX $135,000

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide management and direction to CHWB in areas of strategic planning, staffing, programming, budgeting, and facility operations. Oversee the clinical and administrative operations of Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS) and Living Well (Education and Outreach) Provide crisis management support to the Vice Provost for Student Affairs, Chief Public Safety Officer, and Emergency Operations Group as needed Build and sustain University and external relationships that foster health, active engagement, and student success. Promote a respectful, safe, and healthy community life for a diverse staff and student population.
