Adjunct Faculty - Organizational Leadership

Position Description

The Department of Graduate Education, Leadership, and Counseling at Rider University seeks an adjunct instructor of organizational leadership for the spring 2023 term beginning January 23, 2023. This position is to teach the following courses:
  • EDUC 525 – Capstone Seminar in Institutional Effectiveness
  • LEAD 598 – Capstone in Organizational Leadership
Position Requirements
  • Earned doctoral degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a field directly or closely related to higher education, student affairs, educational leadership, or adult education
  • Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the graduate level
  • Demonstrated excellence in online teaching
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to working in an environment devoted to collaboration, collegiality, scholarly inquiry and student learning
  • A teaching/learning philosophy aligned with the mission of the Department of Graduate Education, Leadership, and Counseling
