Summary of Job Details:

Under the direction of the Audit Director, and in close relationship with the Associate Chancellor and Associate Vice Chancellor, utilizes wide-ranging experience and subject matter expertise to design, conduct, and oversee a campus wide financial training program. Evaluates training needs and determines the best approach for training delivery (i.e. eLearning, Instructor-led learning, on-the-job learning, etc). Works extensively with campus subject matter experts (SMEs), vendors, and project team members to deliver appropriate training. Determines training needs and develops and implements training programs, using effective technology and learning approaches. Applies change management theory into training, when appropriate. Provides consultation and training needs assessments to senior management and departments financial training initiatives and resulting change management needs. Designs and develops User Guides and Quick Reference Guides for financial systems such as OFC and Concur. Trainings are for administrators, graduate students, staff and Faculty. Leads and mentors other staff members, other location units and/or project team participants in training & development. Demonstrates ongoing responsibility for specific training programs and initiatives. Determines how training and other workplace learning and performance strategies can best be leveraged to achieve successful organizational outcomes. Applies knowledge to partner with clients to identify opportunities by evaluating and recommending solutions. Uses expertise and in-depth understanding of best practices to determine methods and procedures for new training assignments and initiatives. Training programs include required training and ad hoc training needs.


Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training. 

• Expertise in financial literacy training. 

• Supervisory experience managing both technical and functional staff.

Pay Rate/Range:  $106,360-141,500/yr.

Days/Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm
