Vice President for Administration * Finance

Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania is seeking highly qualified, dynamic candidates for the position of Vice President for Administration and Finance.

The VP for Administration and Finance is the chief financial officer of the University, reports directly to the President, and is a member of the University’s executive management team. Responsibilities include providing oversight and leadership in the areas of financial management, budget and accounting, facilities management and planning, human resources, administrative services, and public safety. The successful candidate must possess a master’s degree in business or related field from a regionally accredited university and a minimum of five (5) years related experience showing progressive leadership. Experience in public higher education is strongly preferred. The successful candidate also will be a strong proponent of diversity and the inclusion of cultural competence across the campus, will value the shared governance process, and demonstrate commitment to effective collaboration.
