Position Summary:
Monmouth University is seeking applications for an Admission Processing Data Systems Specialist. This position is 100% remote.

Reporting directly to the Director of Admission Processing, the Admission Processing Data Systems Specialist manages multiple tasks involving troubleshooting, importing, and integration of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Student Information Systems (SIS).

Required Degree, License or Certifications:
Bachelor's degree

Required Skills or Software:
Must be able to utilize a variety of computer software programs in order to successfully complete assigned tasks, Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately, Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment

Required Years of Experience: 3

Other Requirements:
Experience working with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Technolutions Slate. Excellent communication, problem solving, and technical skills; the ability to engage others in a collaborative and productive environment and to pay close attention to details.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a University environment in the Student Information System (SIS) - Ellucian.
