Compensation and Benefits
Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $4,693 - $5,083 per month
Full Classification Salary Range: $4,693 - $8,649 per month
- This is a full-time, probationary, exempt position.

Under the general direction of the Executive Director of
Advancement Services, the Senior Prospect Management Analyst leads
and manages all aspects of the Prospect Management Office,
including proactive and reactive research. The position builds,
evaluates, maintains and rates a qualified pool of prospects using
wealth screening data and other available tools. The Senior
Prospect Management Analyst will provide analysis of the
comprehensive research program, including identification and/or
strategic research and analysis of top-tier donor prospects,
corporations, foundation and key volunteers in support of the
University. The position serves as a campus contact and resource
for information regarding major donors and prospects and applies
independent judgment to make decisions and interpret policies and
procedures necessary for the identification, evaluation and
tracking of major gift prospects and donors. The incumbent will
also provide recommendations, and commitments in completing
assigned duties and to handle administrative tasks in support of
the day-to-day program efforts of the department.
- High level of proficiency in standard computer applications as
well as complex relational databases, including extraction of data,
information review, and storage.

management policies and practices, database management).

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent training and administrative
work experience involving study, analysis, and evaluation of
