To develop, manage, and maintain the Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) Program, Dover College Promise (DCP), Tutoring Center, and other learning support/opportunity programming database systems, reporting, assessments, and data. This includes Office of the Secretary of Higher Education (OSHE)/EOF NJFAMS student roster, OSHE/EOF state annual report, internal student academic performance, persistence, retention, tutoring usage, course success assessments, and other various learning support and opportunity service reports, as needed by the Dean.
Additionally, Analyst will provide technical support, interface, and manage systems such as Microsoft Office – ACCESS database environment, Ellucian/Colleague, SQL server, Tableau reporting, and Business Objects Environment (BOE) reporting and others as needed to maintain programming records.
Minimum of up to two-year experience with use of relational databases, visual basics, as well as broad knowledge of Windows operating systems. Help Desk experience (trouble shooting) related to computer hardware and software is desirable. Dominant experience with PC’s is a must.
Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems or related field required. Knowledge of Microsoft ACCESS, EXCEL, WORD and OUTLOOK, Tableau, and SQL servers is required. Programming knowledge is desirable. Master’s preferred.
