Xavier University is seeking applicants for the position of Building Services Specialist II in the department of Physical Plant. The focus of this position is to:
  • Clean, disinfect, and sanitize restrooms. Replenish supplies.
  • Remove trash, recycling, and dispose of them at the designated locations.
  • Clean walls, windows, doors, ceilings, shelves, ledges, mirrors, woodwork, vents, window frames, and other surfaces.
  • Maintain flooring: sweep, mop, strip, wax, polish, renew floor surfaces, and clean, vacuum, and shampoo rugs/carpets.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
